TERM & CONDITIONS

 

1. At the time of registration, a non-refundable deposit (First Months Payment) is mandatory. The remaining months will be due on the date the deposit was made.

 

2. If the payment is received 3 days after the due date, a late fee of $100 will be charged.

 

3. If the payment is not made by the 6th day after the due date, the program will be canceled, and no further work will be carried out. The participants will only receive the completed work until the program is terminated.

 

4. It is mandatory for the participants to attend weekly strategy sessions. In case of failure to attend (2) sessions, the program will be canceled.

 

5. The participants will be allowed 2 rounds of revisions for their logo and 5 rounds of revisions for their website pages.

 

6. To take full advantage of the retainer, each client must be a member of The Childcare Agency, and purchase a Fix My Center or Staff Development.

 

LEGAL TERMS

 

Both Parties agree to work together to complete the retainer successfully as per the terms stated in this Agreement.

 

Each Party has a responsibility of good faith and fair dealing while performing and enforcing this Agreement. They shall act in good faith to support the other Party in meeting its obligations and payment under this Agreement.

 

Once the final payment has been made, all files and information will be released to the client.
