TERM & CONDITIONS
 

1. At the time of registration, a non-refundable deposit of $250/$312.50 is mandatory. The additional $250/$312.50 will be due on 09.01.23

2. A monthly fee of $500/$625 needs to be paid on or before the 1st of every month. If the payment is received after the 3rd of the month, a late fee of $100 will be charged.

3. If the payment is not made by the 6th of the month, the program will be canceled, and no further work will be carried out. The participants will only receive the completed work until the program was terminated.

4. It is mandatory for the participants to attend weekly strategy sessions. In case of failure to attend (2) sessions, the program will be canceled.

5. The participants will be allowed 2 rounds of revisions for their logo and 4 rounds of revisions for their landing page.

Legal Terms:

Both Parties agree to work together to complete the retainer successfully as per the terms stated in this Agreement.

Each Party has a responsibility of good faith and fair dealing while performing and enforcing this Agreement. They shall act in good faith to support the other Party in meeting its obligations and payment under this Agreement.

Once the final payment has been made, all files and information will be released to the client.
