EQUIPMENT USE AGREEMENT

Lending Party: Justraw Creatives

Receiving Party: T.C. Boone & Team

Equipment Being Provided:

Step-and-Repeat Stand (8x8 feet)

• 2 Base Plates

• 2 Top Bars

• 2 Side Bars

• 8 Screws Sets + Allen Wrench

Xbanner Stands (Qty: 4)

Each xBanner includes:

• 4 xBanner Stand

• 8 Extender Pieces

Banners have been purchased and are not included in this agreement for return.

Terms and Conditions of Use

Purpose of Use:

The equipment is being provided solely for visual display during the Worth the Weight concert series. Items are to be used as intended and under supervision during setup, execution, and breakdown.

Care & Custody:

• The Receiving Party assumes full responsibility for the care, safekeeping, and proper use of all equipment.

• Equipment should be assembled/disassembled by competent individuals to prevent damage.

• Equipment must be kept secure and out of high-risk areas when not in active use.

Loss, Damage, or Misuse:

Screw Set Policy:

• Screw sets must be returned in their original packaging.

• $20 fee per screw set will be charged for any missing or unreturned sets.

xBanner Stands:

• If any Xpanner stand is damaged (e.g., scratches, dents, bends, or broken pieces), or missing components, the full replacement cost of $90 per Xpanner stand will be charged.

Step-and-Repeat Stand:

• Any significant damage including bending, denting, warping, or part loss, or if the unit is no longer usable due to mishandling or improper storage, will result in a replacement fee of $350.

Return Requirements:

• All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.

• Original boxes or packaging should be included where applicable.

• An inventory check will be performed upon return.

• Any discrepancies will be reported and billed accordingly.

Additional Protection Clauses:

• Inspection Before Use: The receiving party may inspect all equipment upon delivery and must notify the lending party immediately if anything is found defective or incomplete.

• Tampering Prohibited: Do not attempt to alter or repair any parts of the equipment.

• Unauthorized Use: Equipment may not be lent, sub-rented, or used outside of the designated event.

• Delay in Return: Failure to return equipment on the agreed return date may result in additional daily charges or full replacement cost, at the discretion of the lending party.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. They agree to adhere to all stipulations and understand the financial responsibilities associated with the use of the equipment.
